Already proud pourers of the beloved Henin Delouvin ‘Harmonie’, LI~LY now dives deeper into boutique bubbles with Cameron’s vibrant, no-snobbery approach to Champagne, all elevated by Aiden’s visionary dishes.
Cameron will guide guests through a curated flight of seven unique grower champagnes. Each Champagne has been thoughtfully paired with Aiden’s expertly crafted nine course tasting menu, showcasing how versatile and food friendly these exceptional wines can be.
